The company maintains the website www.elimperiodelhobby.com hosted on the computer systems of the data center that the hosting company Ezynic, S.L. has contracted with BigScoots, INC, located in the USA, a country whose level of data protection is lower than that of the European Union.

Based on the above we inform you that in compliance with Article 45 of the European Data Protection Regulation, Ezynic, S.L. will make an international transfer of your personal data to BigScoots, INC, an entity that provides data center services, domiciled in the United States, a country that does not offer an adequate level of protection for your personal data. However, BigScoots is attached to the Privacy Shield thus legitimizing such international transfer of your personal data. You can check the status of the accession in the following link:
