EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of delivery. No added costs and no need to state the reasons. This is also valid for discounted items or for the return of savings kits and packs. The only exception is personalized products, which will only be replaced or refunded for reasons endosable to EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY, S.L.U.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. To do this we only ask you to notify us by checking the checkbox for this purpose in the "History and detail of your orders" in "My customer account",or in writing through the following RMA FORM (Authorization return of merchandise) or WITHDRAWAL FORM,as appropriate, or by sending an email to the address: info@elimperiodelhobby.com,indicating the necessary data to locate your purchase (Reference or number of your order, name and surname and date of purchase). For our part, at the time we receive the return request from the system or your email, we will confirm your return in the "History and details of your orders" or we will communicate, by email, the receipt of your request.

In accordance with the provisions of article 74 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, dedicated to the consequences of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and existing the obligation to reciprocally restore the benefits once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, you must return the products on which you exercise the withdrawal with their original packaging and with all the accessories and instruction books that you received. If the product is not returned in the same packaging of origin, with all its accessories and in perfect conditions of use, the good will suffer a depreciation.

To meet the returns deadline, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT AND REFUND TIME

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund the amount of the item or items to be returned, including shipping costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest, within 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the purchase object of the withdrawal. The expense incurred by choosing a non-standard delivery service is not returned. The Accounting Department will proceed to make this payment using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate another procedure.

EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY, S.L.U. may withhold the amount to be returned until the goods have been received, or until you have presented proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

COST OF RETURNING THE GOODS

In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY, S.L.U. (Defective product or not coinciding with the purchased reference) will be EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY, S.L.U. who will be responsible for collecting the products and / or changing them for the correct one, taking care of the costs associated with this return and / or exchange.

In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY, S.L.U. such as color changes or other characteristics, which are due to a change of opinion or error on the part of the customer when making the purchase, the customer must be responsible for the cost of returning or delivering directly the products in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the products.

COMPANY IN CHARGE OF THE RETURN

You must return or deliver the goods directly to EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY, S.L.U. by the means of your choice, without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of the decision to terminate the contract, assuming the risk of loss or breakage of the package during shipment. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you make the return of the goods before the end of that period.

You can also choose to use our item removal service, in which case, you are exonerated from the risk of loss or breakage during shipping. In case of opting for our service of withdrawal of articles, you must assume the direct cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal.

The return will be free as long as it occurs for reasons attributable to EL IMPERIO DEL HOBBY, S.L.U. (see previous clause) that will designate for the collection of the goods object of the same the same logistical means used for the delivery.

CONDITION OF GOODS FOR RETURN

We can only fully refund the purchase price, if the items that are returned come with the original label and have not been used. In case of obvious signs of use (stains, odors, scratches, amendments, etc.) on goods without defects, we will consider them as unspeakable and no amount will be refunded. In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer, if he so wishes, with the associated transport costs at his expense.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

As long as it is a personalized product, it may not be returned, unless of course, we have made an error when preparing or customizing your order or that the product (s) have a manufacturing defect.
